1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jlboss Casino ("jlboss," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlboss Casino platform available at jlboss.xyz and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jlboss account. 3.4 Accuracy of Information

If any of your registered details change, you must update your account profile promptly. jlboss accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlboss account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account.

jlboss strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified jlboss of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jlboss support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jlboss will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending resolution.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

jlboss Casino supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlboss does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jlboss does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, jlboss reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jlboss may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by jlboss are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jlboss reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting a technical error in the bonus system.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are available to eligible players only. jlboss reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where the player's account is under review or where the player has previously been found to have violated these Terms.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the jlboss platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, Plinko, and Bingo Adventure — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game supplier and is available within the game's information panel. jlboss does not alter or interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jlboss's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlboss platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlboss platform — including but not limited to the jlboss brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of jlboss Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jlboss platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jlboss platform without prior written consent from jlboss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlboss Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

jlboss's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting jlboss support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, provided KYC verification has been completed.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jlboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
